Redemption:
This gift card is redeemable only at Red Kangaroo Books, 45 Todd Mall, and online at redkangaroobooks.au.
It can be used for purchasing books, stationery, and other eligible products.
Validity:
The gift card has no expiration date and remains valid until the balance is fully spent.
The card cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Balance Check:
To check your balance, visit our store or contact us at (08) 8953 2137.
The remaining balance on the card can be used for future purchases.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Treat this gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Red Kangaroo Books is not responsible for unauthorized use of the card.
Non-Transferable:
This gift card is non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash or credit.
Refunds and Returns:
If a product purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit, as per our return policy.
Gift cards themselves are non-refundable.
