We post our books to Australian addresses for a flat fee of $10.00 per order.

All our books are sent via Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you.

Express post is available for in stock items for an extra charge. Please contact us at info@redkangaroobooks.au for pricing.

We aim to send your order as soon as possible. Orders of in-stock items will be packed and posted between Monday and Friday. Please allow 3 days from order date to dispatch date.  

If items are out of stock, we will contact you via email to let you know and provide you with a timeframe estimate.

We are working on providing international shipping at checkout. In the meantime, please contact us for information on international postage.

We sell Gift Vouchers in store. You can contact us on 08 8953 2137 or visit our bricks-and-mortar store to purchase a Gift Voucher of any amount and we can email you a PDF version of the Gift Voucher or hold the Gift Voucher in store for pick up. We are happy to post the Gift Voucher as well. These Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at our bricks-and-mortar store. 

We also sell E-Gift Vouchers via our online store. These can only be redeemed at our online store.

Yes we can! You can call us on 08 8953 2137, visit in store or email us at info@redkangaroobooks.au with your request and we will order the book(s) in for you. If the title is in stock with our supplier, the turn-around time is 7 to 10 days. We will advise you if there is a long delay by SMS or email.  Currently, overseas titles are taking between 6 to 12 weeks to be delivered if not in stock with suppliers. Print-on-demand books take up to 6 weeks from date of order.
